Die IAEL hat sich daher auch in ihrer j\u00e4hrlichen Publikation diesem Thema angenommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unter der \u00dcberschrift \u201eStreaming legal issues: Copyright in Germany\u201c habe ich in der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung einen sehr ausf\u00fchrlichen Bericht zu den aktuellen rechtlichen Entwicklungen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zum Thema Streaming gemacht. Das Angebot kostenfreier Nutzung von Film- und Musikwerken durch das Herunterladen dieser Werke im Internet hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren zunehmender Beliebtheit erfreut. Zahlreiche Filme und Musikaufnahmen sind ohne Einwilligung der Urheber oder Leistungsschutzberechtigten dort eingebracht worden. Dabei gab es zahlreiche rechtliche Auseinandersetzungen. Den Nutzern wurde vorgeworfen, unzul\u00e4ssig vervielf\u00e4ltigt zu haben.
